We will be holding player assessments on February 15th, 22nd and 29th.  We would appreciate players participating in at least 2 of the 3 assessment times (5pm -730pm).  Assessments are important as players are drafted to teams based on this information.  We also use this information to form the AA teams.  We will be using independent assessors this year to avoid any conflict of interest. Top assessed players may be required to attend additional try-out(s) in the case that we partner with another park to form a team.  This would be done if we determine that there is either a shortage of qualified players or a qualified Head coach for the 13U AA.  The potential additional assessments would only be for the AA programs.  Players will be assessed on hitting, throwing, running, pitching and fielding.  The 13U player drafts will done by the division's coaches in the first couple of days of March.  The GVBA schedule meeting will take place in the second week of March with all Head Coaches.  Complete team information will be sent out Mid-March.  The first games of the season are tentatively scheduled for Early to Mid-April.
